Bal Vivah Mukt Bharat (BVMB) campaign was launched on 27th November, 2024 in alignment with International Day for the elimination of Violence against Women. This long-term national initiative aims to eradicate child marriage and promote education, skilling, enterprise, and entrepreneurship among girls and women, the key pillars for realizing the Hon'ble Prime Minister's vision of Viksit Bharat@2047.
Educational spaces to serve as the starting point for a nationwide movement to ensure that young people become aware of the laws, consequences, and preventive measures around child marriage. The emphasis is to be on creating an informed generation that acts as the voice of change within families and communities. As a part of the campaign, Department of School Education has taken steps to spread awareness by conducting various activities in the educational institutions which will cover pledge taking, Debates, Poster Competitions, Essay Writing, Display of IEC materials (posters, banners, wall art, videos) across educational institutions.

বাল্য বিবাহৰ আশে-পাশে থকা আইন, পৰিণতি আৰু প্ৰতিৰোধমূলক ব্যৱস্থাৰ বিষয়ে যুৱক-যুৱতীসকলে সচেতন হোৱাটো নিশ্চিত কৰিবলৈ দেশজোৰা আন্দোলনৰ আৰম্ভণিৰ বিন্দু হিচাপে কাম কৰিবলৈ শৈক্ষিক স্থান। পৰিয়াল আৰু সম্প্ৰদায়ৰ ভিতৰত পৰিৱৰ্তনৰ কণ্ঠ হিচাপে কাম কৰা এক জ্ঞাত প্ৰজন্ম গঢ়ি তোলাত গুৰুত্ব দিয়া হৈছে। অভিযানৰ অংশ হিচাপে বিদ্যালয় শিক্ষা বিভাগে শিক্ষানুষ্ঠানসমূহত বিভিন্ন কাৰ্যসূচী অনুষ্ঠিত কৰি সজাগতা বিয়পোৱাৰ পদক্ষেপ গ্ৰহণ কৰিছে যিয়ে প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি গ্ৰহণ, বিতৰ্ক, পোষ্টাৰ প্ৰতিযোগিতা, ৰচনা লিখা, আই ই চিৰ সামগ্ৰীৰ প্ৰদৰ্শন (পোষ্টাৰ, বেনাৰ, ৱাল-আৰ্ট, ভিডিঅ’) শিক্ষানুষ্ঠানসমূহৰ মাজেৰে।
