Mission Lifestyle for Environment recognises that Indian culture and living traditions are inherently sustainable. The importance of conserving our precious natural resources and living in harmony with nature are emphasised in our ancient scriptures. The need of the hour is to tap into that ancient wisdom and spread the message to as many people as possible. Mission LiFE seeks to channel the efforts of individuals and communities into a global mass movement of positive behavioural change.
Swachh Evam Harit Vidyalaya Rating (SHVR)
Swachh Evam Harit Vidyalaya Rating (SHVR) provides a ready opportunity to inculcate relevant fundamental duties; citizenship skills and values among the students with linkage to environmental awareness including water, sanitation and hygiene, resource conservation as visualized under the National Education Policy 2020.
SHVR package – Water, Toilets, Handwashing with Soap, Operational and Maintenance, Behavior Change and Capacity building, Mission LiFE activities.

Mission Prakriti
As School Leaders and Educators, you are the real Change-makers!. This year, 4,723 ICT schools across Assam, supported by Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), are joining WWF-India’s Mission Prakriti. Together, creating a powerful student-led movement that builds Nature Champions. Through Green Cabinets, biodiversity exploration, eco-trails, and community service, students will lead the way in turning schools and communities greener. Mission Prakriti provides digital resources like the Biodiversity Map of Assam to inspire knowledge and action. Let’s work together to nurture responsibility, sustainability, and conservation values in young minds. The future of Assam’s environment begins with our children!
